| Draft Preliminary Findings Report This draft is the result of a coordinated effort of the Morgan and Little Creeks Local Watershed Planning Team, whose members include representatives from the Town, UNC, NRCS, etc. Tetra Tech, Inc. was hired by the NC WRP to develop technical assessment components for the Local Watershed Plan. The goal of our effort is watershed restoration with an emphasis on functional degradation. The team is also working to identify functional assets in the watershed for protection. This is the first DRAFT technical component and the Local Watershed Plan in its entirety will be completed by summer 2004.
